Simple math says the LA riots must soon peter out as the size of the protest crowds get smaller as illegal immigrants are deported, useful idiots are arrested, money to pay the protesters dries up, and stores in LA run out of items to loot... Congrats to Indiana’s big win last night over the heavily favored Thunder. As an aside OKC is a 6 point favorite tomorrow against the Pacers… President Trump closes the deal with China... Waiting on a situation where an NIL clearinghouse operated by a Deloitte accountant who graduated from Ohio State invalidates an NIL deal by a Michigan player. That should go over well... Thanks to Gavin Newsome at least we now know what a lying, dog face, pony soldier looks like... President Trump on tariffs... The Omnipotence of the Visible would be a good name for an X or Substack account on science... Fact that sometimes gets lost but QB Kirk Cousins is just in the second year of his four-year $180 million contract and would have a $75 million dead money cap hit if he was cut. The move to sign him and then draft Michael Penix Jr. with Atlanta’s first pick continues be just plain bizarre... ICE protests have been announced throughout the country this weekend but I predict they will be nothingburgers in most of the country except in certain blue state sanctuary cites with Democrat mayors where they will turn violent. And turn many voters away from the Democratic Party. Often evil shall evil mar... It's been announced that Lee Corso's final College Game Day appearance will be week one at Ohio State. That will be must watch TV...

Simple math: Yes, maybe. Don't forget thousands can be arrested, but judges have the final say. Hell, there's not even a good bet for the positive in FEDeral courts anymore.

Business in CA: Yeah. Well, my oldest son sold his business in CA years ago and moved to Nevada. Said I wouldn't believe how anti-business CA is. I told him he'd already told me many personal horror stories (our phone calls always exceed an hour) and he replied that those only scratched the surface. I should add that despite it being profitable it took a long time for the sale.
